About Runbooked

Runbooked publishes free templates for running a company, and helps established companies find out whether AI companies would pay for their operational documents.

Who runs it

Runbooked is run by James Allwinton. It's a trading name of Massive Books Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 13171151) at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF.

How we make money

The templates are free and always will be. We don't sell ads and we don't sell your data.

AI companies are now paying established businesses for operational documents such as SOPs, playbooks and process records, which they use to train AI on how real companies work. We're an independent referrer for one of these programs. If your company applies through our link and is approved, we may be paid a referral fee by the program. It costs you nothing, and you deal with the program directly: we never see or handle your company's data.

The eligibility check takes 60 seconds and is anonymous: check whether your company qualifies.

How the templates are made

Each template is written to be used as-is by a company of roughly 10 to 250 people. Where a template touches a legal or tax rule, we link to the official source (GOV.UK, HMRC, legislation.gov.uk, IRS or USCIS) so you can check it, because rules change. The templates aren't legal, tax or financial advice.
